as already said ,if its dmf,change it as there expensive on the fords,also as told if you do go to a solid flywheel ,it puts loadsa of strain on crank,even if you drive slowish its to take the torque load out,
good price though and there not that bad to do if you have a ramp,but wouldnt entertain doing one on the ground,good luck
