I hear ya mate.... We've had a few guys with the same problem, myself included. And that's even after using 2x set screws, threadlock and 2 layers of heatshrink.
If the the pins don't come out, they just snap.
I'm not whinging here.. just saying it's a problem that has happened to more than one person. ;-)
