It's been my experience that every car/kit out there comes with "factory settings" that are a good basic guidline to use as a starting point...otherwise,
as has been suggested several times now, unless you supply a complete list of what you're already doing (entire car, set-up/settings wise) all anyone can do is make a wild guess.
