Hi Tom,

Any club has to be careful about introducing another class as it could actually dilute the focus of the club and as we are still very new, my personal view is that we have got it just right at the moment.

What you have to remember is that if we introduce a class because one or two drivers have bought one, where does that stop - Pro10, 1:10 buggies (indoors), F1, Bikes, 1:12 Circuit the list goes on...

Just because another club runs a class for Mini's is not a reason to follow suit. If you are looking at a basic no frills class then hold on, as I now have details about the changes to the Micro classes - can't give out details just yet, but trust me you will know about it very soon.

This means that there will be changes to the micro class, but as we have already started the Spring Championship, you'll have to wait.

I shall be discussing with the Comittee in the coming weeks and then we will be in a position to make an announcement as to how the micro's will be changing. Trust me, it's exciting news for those who are looking for a fun, cheap alternative to the TCs

It is also worth noting that the club will be introducing a lot more classes if/when we get the off-road planning approved - watch this space.
