Finally got home after another good days racing. Thanks to all at KMRC for putting on a good meeting, especially Hannah, Mark & Steve.

I just didnt have to pace today to run with Andy and Nathan but tried to push them when they made mistakes and would like to add a special well done to DC for finishing 4th overall. Good Job
