well, i reamed them exactly where the little dimple in the shell was, and the shell looks to be at the right height for the chassis etc. It's just the top of the servo horn lifting the shell a fraction as it travels.
Also,....I had to sand down the end of the servo saver arm too (the end near the servo with the ball joint for the servo link) as my Futaba 9450 servo is a bit of a "fat boy" and was restricting the travel of the steering.
Madness, i tell ya. I'll have more of a look at it tonight.
