the hard thing is to keep it different or you get bored
Found some low fat salad dressing which helps and the salad mix bags you can get for a £1 the chicken for £1.50 dressing £2 a bottle last all week. Pepsi 90 p Rice cakes pack £2 lasts all week. So each meal costs about £4
same as sandwhich crisp pop and chocolate !!!
