Optima needs driveshaft, axle, hub mounting screws, hex and wheel (I got only

Your Lazer seems in good condition; there is a lot of dirty but the condition seems good .

The steering block of the Lazer are the same as the optima ones, so you will not need them (you got the original zx ones in alu).
You also got an MKII chassis, a custom front diff cover (nice!) and a Welshy design front shock tower (from fibre-lyte).

You will need for sure a complete wing mount and a decent rear shock tower ...

For the rusty dogbone try the WD40 .
