Depends totally on how much you've thinned down the paint. I use anything from 15 to 50psi.

Tel / Carl etc. I have been using the airborne range recently and have found it clogs a little less than autoair etc. (though the colours aren't quite as rich) Also the airbrush restorer is well worth getting, soak all the airbrush parts in it for an hour after you use the brush and it comes out gleaming. Don't leave it in too long though as it strips the chrome plating off
