Default DEX410 setup

I've got my first race in more than 2 decades next weekend and am looking at setting up the car to suit what, from memory, is my driving style. The track is a medium to long indoor carpet track that's not very technical. It has 3 medium size jumps with hard landings. I would prefer to err on the side of caution and set the car up for for the jumps/landings as to not do any damage this time out.

I'm also after a bit of understeer.

Any idea on what colour springs, shock oil, roll bars and diff oil? I know I can look at set up sheets but I can't tell from that what sort of driving style that would suit. Presumably a much better style than me
