The latest date we have to have it ready for is the 16th of May, where we are running a combined club race and NRW Offroad Cup.
That collides with the Euros warmup and an Arendonk Clubrace, but we would gladly see some Belgian madness in the pits in May
There is an ETAP nearby and as far as I know tents aren't a problem either as long as we know beforehand.
We have been thinking of running a Reedy-Style race sometime too but that is in early planning without a date yet either.... No qualifying - Just finals
