when i pay money for a kit, a conversion of a kit or whatever, i expect to see a printed manual inside. i would not be particularly pleased if i bought a kit that had a cd in there so i would have to print the manual out.
i can understand, although may not appreciate, having to buy the tuning book for example but i would expect to see some hints and tips in the build manual to get going with.
