To add to Scott's point: running inline axles here in the states, I leave the caster blocks forward. AE recommends you move the caster blocks back when running inlines; I leave them forward to extend the wheelbase. This gives the car a quicker steering reaction (because of the inlines) but smooths out the steering because there's less weight on the front end (long wheelbase).
Not sure which way Lowe ran them.
