In that case then, remove the hard drive from underneath of your laptop (only a few small screws) then when you first turn the computer on, at the bottom it will say 'press delete to enter setup'.. Press delete, go to the boot menu and change the boot device from hard drive to any of the other options. that way it isn't running the hard drive and the infected programmes and should give you the freedom to reboot without freezing.
