It certainly looks very similar to the ZX-5 I have in front of me.
Either way, it looks like a great for for beginners, cheaper than the ZX-5 RTR and you seem to get more for your money too.
Are the diff shafts metal as well? When I got the RTR ZX-5, one of the first things I had to do was replace the bearing and plastic diff shafts.
