The same setup I keep mentioning when I am there. Yellow mini pins all round (you already have fronts)

Standard Carpet setting oils 35 front size 2 piston, and 30 rear size 1 piston.

For the concrete slippery surface I would use Instead of silver on the rear use Green, and instead of blue on the front use silver. Carpet use the Silver on the rear and blue on the front. Front wishbones just under level and rear uj just under level, should be fine.

I wouldnt advise loosening the diff, as your car wont need it at the speed your going at. Slipper you could adjust it so that it fractionally slips (hold the car to the surface by the rear shock tower and full throttle it to see if the slipper slips and loosen the nut until it starts to slip and pull at the same time)
