Cheers Jim,

So the diff needs to be quite tight, and clutch needs to be a little less tight than the diff.

Just stripped the back off, cleaned out the box and greased the diff in 10 mins (didn't even take the wheels off!)
Shame the top shock mounts aren't 2mm further forward, would make it a little easier! Could the bottom (horizontal) brace of the shock mount be cut off to make access to the top gearbox mounts easier??
I suppose I could make some spacers to move the mount forward a bit.
