The problem isn't getting NMh cells, the problem is getting BRCA legal ones if you're racing in BRCA Nationals! There seem to be plenty of ROAR approved ones, but the BRCA/EFRA -legal ones are as rare as rocking horse poo! Make sure they're legal if you want to race BRCA Nationals. HTH
