It may be worth you just checking with Jacquie at the BRCA that she does actually have your clubs memberships, I sent our own clubs off just last week (after several forms were filled out incorrect) and they were turned around and back to us and each of our members in 48-72 hours
, this was for the club renewal and 40ish+ members too......
