That sucks about your problems. I only have 1 race meeting with it, but I took it appart and everything was OK! No slipper nut coming loose... Spur gear was fine... Diff gears looked brand new (I was amazed  ). I did slip heat shrink over the CVD pins though... Just in case the red locktite I put in there comes appart... 
0 problems so far and hope it stays that way!

For the CVD's, I filed a flat spot on the pin for the bolt to sit on, then locktited it, seems to be working because they haven't moved and that was one of the first thing I did when I got the car since one fell out right away.
