I provided the original receipt with the buyers name and address, i changed the name to mines on the receipt. It was bought from microtech which was clear enough, albeit 2 years ago. But the warranty is meant to be 25 years. I was even prepared to pay for the repair but smd weren't interested in helping. It cost me more to have it returned and i'm still waiting for it. Not impressed to be honest, mirage and helger in the day were much more helpful.
Its just a pitty, maybe i'll think twice about using LRP again, which is a shame, as their products are top notch. If only i could deal with them direct.
