I know you said BRCA, but also look at Efra as these rules are more specific than BRCA and if it can be legal by both rules then thats a bonus.

Things like.... must be cut out to the cut lines. Only vents allowed at the cut lines intended for vents, and to be made no bigger.... a few of us suffered at Austria cos they followed this to the letter, but in France I think they used there discretion a little more in, in favour of sense..
