Been running my SX in Sydney on clay for some time now. No problems at all with belts etc. Only problems with dust is I've gone through a few wheel bearings - pickuped up replacement ones with the rubber sheild on one side through AVID RC and haven't looked back since.
Car has been strong - only gone through 2 front arms due to my poor driving.
