lol. Thanks chaps, i have to say ive been in denial all week telling myself that im only 29. But i ventured in to work today to find my desk surrounded in ballons saying Happy 30th! just to remind me! Bugger... should be fit for racing tonight but if i dont appear on stage for my heat.........you know where i'll be!
