eddi, send me a PM with an e-mail address and I'll send you my latest RB5 set-up which will work a treat for you ... It's my base grass / astro truf set-up and everybody who has driven my car has said how easy it is to drive and how well it turns.
As for ride height then most people set it by looking at the position of the wishbones and rear drive shafts. As a starting point I'd set it so that;
front:- inner end of wishbone slightly (1mm or so) below outer end
rear:- inner end of driveshafts slightly (1mm or so) below outer end
