Whilst the build tips on the Durango site will resolve 99% of issues, there are a few extra things to look out for:

1) Someone pointed out on another thread that there can be some metal swarf in the threads which stops the set-screw from screwing all the way in. This is what happened to mine, and after I ran an M3 bolt thru it a few times all was good.

2) When putting the first set-screw in, only do it up snug, then put the second one in and do it up a little tighter, then go back to the first one and fully tighten, then finally fully tighten the second one. By doing it this way the pin is supported correctly as it is locked in place, which keeps it from bending and possibly snapping after a while.

I lost 3 pins on my first outing with the car, mainly due to the issue 1, but once rebuilt they have been fine.
