To be honest, I've only had one pin come out of the CVD. and that (as Adam said with other cases) was down to it not being built properly. But to be honest they were all built as per kit instructions, and have all been fine. The one that came loose was just a case of the grub screw not being tightened on the pins 'flat' section. I pushed it back in and re-built properly and it was fine.
