got it had a car in the house and took some measurments 240mm incl tires...250 is maximum legal....hm ...room for som improvment ...

No idea, sorry. Chassis width look the same but dont forget the zx5 is a tub chassis so will look wider even though it isnt.
My zxr had the wider front end and was on the limit. My zxs is on the limit on the front.
