No....I already have a nitro tourer that I want to make into a rally car !
I already have a kosher 1:8 off-road buggy (hyper-7) as well as a few other nitro off-roaders, the tourers pretty solidly built and has bearings throughout, it will handle it easily, tyres arent foam either, theyre treaded rubber.
I dont want to launch it all over a field either, more a rallycross thing with a mixture off dirt as well as tarmac.
I take it you mean a mixture of taller shock towers & shocks, be pretty limited otherwise...I can make towers and I can look out for a set of shocks of the right length, maybe MT2 or something like that.
I really didnt think it as that outrageous an idea though.
