Shouldn't be as it's calculated by weight. I think you could have the courier service selected (default as it's the newest postage price i put on) which is suitable for anything upto 25kg and not just 30g
Select a different postage method such as 1st class royal mail £1.45, 2nd class royal mail £0.95.
