I'm running the items you have just mentioned and so far all seems fine
I'm not gonna win any Nationals. But the Rat is good fun so far.
I've also swapped out the plastic shocks for the standard Allu ones from Ansmann, (75mm front, 95mm rears with soft springs all round) I do have the X-Pro ones on backorder but these cheap Allu ones are okay, for £12 a pair can't complain
All other parts are still standard with some additional washers added to the T-Plate.
I guess with the shocks and sprigs and clear lexan shell I've added £40 to the kit as it stands now...With hindsight I probably should have just got the X-Pro hehe
Still...it's all a learning process
