You may be able to get Ti Anodised red, but most companies who colour Ti do it by a simpler process. Unfortuantely you can't do red as I found out when doing the Edit stuff.
Basically if you can get someone to colour Ti red by the natural method (which doesn't alter it's chemistry) you'll be onto a fortune.
