On a lock nut the theads should always protrude slightly to allow the nylon to grip the thread and stop them backing off thats how they work. In the B44's case it doesn't hence why they come loose.
You can thighten the nut as tight as you like but it the nylon can't grip it then it isn't going to say on end of story.
I've been racing for over 16 years so I know how to put a wheel nut on and this is the only car that's given me this trouble.
