You just unscrew the servo horn, the thing that turns when you move the steering, you may need to take the servo out also to do that, and pop off the ballcups if needed. Reset the trims, power on the car and let the servo centre, replace the servo horn in a central position, put the servo back in, pop the ballcups back on and trim from there.
