I don't know of any programmes for this but what i did when i sent mine over email is send one email with all your details APART from your account number and security number. And then another with your account number and security number. Nobody can do anything with your with these 2 pieces of information on there own, they have to have everything alltogether
you could even split it into 3 emails.
