Your question would have been far easier to read if you had bothered with capitals and punctuation.
Dean's connectors can go off sometimes and wear out. Sometimes when using Dean's replica connectors of different origin the connection is dodgy from the beginning.
Basically just get a new connector and solder it to the battery. You slide the shrink wrap onto the wire before you solder on the connector, so you cannot put it on after the connector is attached.
If you aren't good at soldering get someone at your local club to help you.
