If you don't seem to Know much about cars,9xout of 10 a dealer will try to fob you off untill the waranty runs out.(they make more money like that)If it was a second hand car they probably would try to say the clutch and gearbox are not covered under their warranty. I'm no expert on mazdas, but if you have a dual mass clutch fitted there could be any range of probs,If it a conventional cluch the noise you can hear could be the thrust bearing.Maybe your best bet is to go to a couple of indpendant garages and see what they say.
