I had one of those as my first ever car but in green... awwh... within 5 seconds of having it I drove it into the kitchen wall and broke the front off. Whoops.

Haha that's funny you say that, i also had a MadCap as my first R/C car, it was a Christmas present when i was 10 - My dad spent all day building it only for me to go outside and him say "I'd better just test it" - BANG, he drove it flat out straight into a kerb and snapped the chassis in half. We had to go to Beatties on Boxing day and luckily for my Dad they took a chassis out of another kit so i was happy
