It's a lovely looking car alright. Those front arms give it a really unique look - a bit like the prototype Kyosho RB5 that they ran at the Worlds 2005.
My first guess would have been that the angle allowed the front shocks to sit lower but it's hard to tell if that's the case anyway.
I guess the front bulkhead is so big maybe to contain the steering? or just to make the shock tower a lot smaller / less prone to damage?
