Basically it's shot.
the screws screw into a PCB on the other end and once that is stripped there is no way to fix it.
What you can do is fairly drastic but works. You need to superglue a threaded rod into the PCB through to the metal front cap and then secure it with a smyll bolt. To get the motor to sit flush with the motor plate you need to file a recess for the nut to sit in.
There is a thread on here with pictures of an X11 which has been fixed like that but I can't find it anymore.
