I dont think it needs that much to flatten the tally straight. Lift the astro turn over the top layer of soil and compacting it. Persoanlly I loved tally last year.
The straight did cause some trouble for some cars. Fortunatly the xx4 is excellent over the bumps
Round 4 of tally national i think was the best 5 minutes driving ive ever had. Sad im not going this year
