yellow in the dry, green in the wet. Medium insert. for a Cat you usually want to cut at least the outside row off the front, but maybe more rows, inside and outside, and maybe even some off the rear, to prevent grip roll. Depends how grippy your astro is.
use thin super glue and just peel back the tyre slightly and run a thin bead of glue along the ridge of the tyre. rotate the wheel a bit and repeat, make sure it's glued all the way round.
