Have checked everything as much as possible, but apart from obvious wear its difficult to check everything is still within tolerance.
The bearings I have used are from Associated and Answer, but no idea who actually manufactures them?
That leaves poor installation, maybe.. but I would hope I could push fit a bearing into a hub without messing it up!
