if you have a good designer make you a picture of what you want then cutting it up and tabling the site isn't very hard really

www.organicrevolution.co.uk a few years back and a friend just delivered me 6-7 pictures of what the site should look like. I made the CMS part with PHP which will take a bit to learn how to do that, but the basics where just putting everything into tables
we made the site so the customer can change their box contents easily and we haven't heard from them since lol.
