Hi G, you can easily replace them as long as the fitter didnt bond the plastic beading to the frame.

You just simply lever the beading on the inside around the window which holds the rubber in place. Be short and sharp when pulling to "crack" the locking bead. Once off all around the glass you can remove the glass (making note of any packing shims) and replace the rubber.

The rubber is available from most upvc suppliers or ebey on a roll and is reasonably cheap.
