Its all a commercially based scheme to get us to spend money on crap and keep the economy turning over in our consumer driven society. Some of the retail numbers are frightening - something like half of the years sales in 4 weeks.
Spot on. Once the shops have had all your money they will have easter eggs in the shops by boxing day
