it looks like a team car with the chassis painted yellow.the front arms are rpm one i beleive.the steering setup is an aftermarket setup which once you have replaced the lego should be an improvement over the standard one.id check the chassis closely to see if it or the nose peice are bent as the nose tubes look badly deformed.if they are you can pick up second hand ones easy enough
