No, they are not compatible between brands.

And changing a rotor is not like changing an arm in a brushed motor. The windings are in the can in a brushless motor, and no matter what you do to it, it will always be the same turn that you originally bought. A 5.5 turn motor is ALWAYS a 5.5 turn motor.

A sintered rotor ONLY increases magnetic strength (braking) and lowers operating temps (slight gearing). The motor still performs the same, but at a lower heat range with stronger (like brushed motor) drag braking.
