it sounds like the other one is setup better if you have a fixed layshaft and your diffs are set up correct with no slip it cannot be a car problem unless some thing has broke drive pin drive shaft that sort of thing the slipper clutch wont give more drive to front or rear as it is attached to the spur gear not the axels.
