Final alignment of the centre drive train is a little fiddly due to the length of the front centre shaft but otherwise the car is a joy to build!

Other than that it's just the usual stuff you would do with any 1/10th off-roader, make sure the diffs don't slip, make sure all the shocks rebound the same amount (sure your aware how easy to work with the K' shocks are ... the best out there) and that nothing binds.

I've found that the wishbones can seem tight on the hinge pins ... before you start opening holes in wishbones or polishing pins try different hinge pin holder bushes. I think the pin is meant to rotate in them not the wishbone on pin or bushes in hinge pin holders!!!

Have a quick search on here for my guide to shimming the diffs on the ZX5, perfect every time!

Oh, I forgot to say re-apply thread lock to the joints in the driveshafts ... I've known some come undone, only a couple but still if it happens it will cost you a run and be enough to stop you smiling!

If you want I'll gladly give your car the once over on the saturday at the Petit race to make sure she's singing for the sunday (unless it looks like you'll out qualify me in which case you may find bits missing )
